Hi, I’m Allan, your coach at Kelly Coaching.

My Story

Before coaching I spent 23 years as a counsellor/psychotherapist and a supervisor of other therapists. That’s a great foundation for being a coach.

Before that I worked in, started up and ran many different businesses including property development, retailing and hospitality.

I’m not scared of hard work. I’ve dug drains, painted walls, made cappuccinos, measured men’s inside legs and sold bikinis.

I’ve loved every job I’ve ever done but none quite as much as seeing my amazing creative, conversational and thinking partners realise their full potential with me alongside them.
